If you want to check the implementation of legal requirements in your company, an external auditor is a good idea. The auditor can assess the situation impartially and neutrally and recommend suitable measures to strengthen legal certainty.

We employ audit teams consisting of trained specialists in combination with lawyers in order to guarantee you the best possible support. Our approach is to identify the need for action and at the same time work out solutions with you.

As part of a site inspection, a visual inspection of the implementation of legal regulations in the company is carried out. In addition, interviews are conducted with the employees. A document check is also carried out. The audit includes, among other things, the approval situation, the delegation of duties and the actual implementation of legal regulations. All named audits are conducted on a random basis in order to provide an overall assessment of the company’s operational compliance status.

The prescribed examination is carried out on the basis of legal requirements arising from sources of law under European law, federal German law and state law.

The results will be made available to the client in the form of a written report. Deficiencies identified are combined with recommendations for action.
